The ThermaLite 2 is a simple-to-use penetration thermometer for measuring the core temperature of food and other semi-solid materials. Models with a surface probe (Ø3.3 X 67 mm with a Ø10 mm flat, sensing tip) can be used to measure the temperature of grills, hot plates, and other flat surfaces.
